GATE 01 · FACT FILE

9winz research status

The certificate, operator footer, public catalogue and account policies answer different questions. They are deliberately separated here: an active company licence does not silently verify every access hostname, a payment claim, application file or India-facing transaction.

GATE 03 · INDIA LEGAL STATUS

INR presentation is not permission to operate in India

The public service uses rupee symbols, describes Indian banking routes and does not list India among the restricted countries in the inspected Terms. Those are commercial and contractual signals, not evidence of an Indian authorisation or a legal opinion about a user's state.

This file does not recommend registration, deposits, mirror hunting, VPN use or bypassing restrictions. Readers should treat a reachable page, localised cashier copy and a Curaçao certificate as separate from compliance with Indian federal and state law.

GATE 04 · GAME AUTHENTICATION

The public catalogue links Aviator to SPRIBE

Aviator appeared in the main navigation, and the public routes included the provider slug spribe with an Aviator game identifier. A separate crash-games card displayed Aviator with Spribe beneath it and offered practice mode. This is materially stronger evidence than an unaffiliated guide repeating the game name.

The inspection remained unsigned. No real-mode iframe, internal rules panel, round history, funded currency, RTP notice or provider certificate was captured. The result is a catalogue-level confirmation, not a guarantee that every region, account or mirror delivers the same game build.

GATE 05 · ACCOUNT AND KYC

Verification may begin before or during withdrawal

The Terms require an adult individual, generally allow one account and make the customer responsible for providing correct identity, address, contact and payment data. They allow documents to be requested at deposit, withdrawal or another stage, and funds may be held until verification is complete.

The AML/KYC page describes three levels. Step one collects name, birth date, residence, gender and full address and is required for withdrawal. Step two adds photo ID and address confirmation when deposits or withdrawals exceed US$2,000. Step three requests source-of-wealth evidence above US$5,000. Transfer thresholds are also listed for account-to-account sending.

There is a document-maintenance caveat: the AML page is labelled last updated 31 October 2024 but already repeats licence details dated August 2025. Thresholds and procedures therefore need confirmation inside the current account workflow rather than being treated as a clean historical version.

GATE 06 · CASHIER CONDITIONS

Large INR limits are policy figures, not payout measurements

The public homepage advertises Indian netbanking, UPI, Visa and Mastercard and says more than ten local methods are available. The linked account policy separately says INR payments are accepted. It does not expose a complete unsigned cashier matrix with every minimum, fee, bank, recipient and delivery window.

For payouts, the policy sets extra verification above ₹200,000, a stated ceiling of ₹500,000 per day and ₹2,000,000 over seven days. It says a request will be processed within 48 hours after required identification, wherever possible, and normally returned through the deposit method. None of those timings was tested with money.

A separate clause allows a 20% charge on a withdrawal of at least ₹500 when deposited funds were not wagered once. Crypto deposits are linked to crypto withdrawals. Save the cashier screen before paying, use an instrument in the account holder's name and confirm the recipient, conversion cost, turnover condition and final fee.

GATE 07 · PROMOTION CONTROL

Offer quantity does not simplify the withdrawal contract

The current interface exposes dedicated promotion routes for live games, crash games, birthday rewards, referral activity and cashback. Their presence confirms active marketing architecture, but a rotating tile does not prove that one amount, currency or wagering formula is available to every India account.

The account policy mixes INR account clauses with a US-dollar free-money example, applies a 35× wagering requirement to that example and says unused bonuses may be removed after one week. It also reserves broad action against irregular bonus play, including withholding withdrawals or cancelling winnings.

No promotion is bundled into the operator button on this review. Before opting in, preserve the exact offer page, qualifying deposit, game contribution, maximum stake, wagering basis, expiry, withdrawal ceiling and excluded payment methods.

GATE 08 · APP AND MOBILE SAFETY

9winz app downloads stay on the operator's own route

The footer advertises Mobile Apps, but the inspected public mobile route did not provide enough file-level evidence for an independent APK record. Aviator.ad has not authenticated an Android package, iOS listing or Windows installer for 9winz. Publisher, package ID, version, file size, signing certificate, permissions, checksum and update channel remain unverified.

Reject modified clients, predictors and files delivered through private chats. Stop if an installer requests accessibility control, device administration, contacts, messages, passwords or one-time codes without a clear product need.

GATE 09 · SUPPORT AND DISPUTES

The complaint documents point to inconsistent routes

The current contact page offers live chat and support@9winz.com. Its complaint field displays complaints@curacao-egaming.com, while the separate dispute policy instructs account holders to write to complaints@9winz.com. These are not interchangeable addresses and should be clarified before a deadline-sensitive claim.

The dispute page sets a six-month window for transaction complaints and mentions IBAS for escalation, then separately says casino disputes cannot be filed with IBAS or the Curaçao commission and must go to a provider's regulator or dispute body. That internal conflict makes a current written escalation map more important than copied boilerplate.

Keep the exact domain, account ID, payment or round identifier, local timestamp, terms version, cashier receipt and complete correspondence. Aviator.ad cannot access accounts, recover funds or represent a player in a complaint.
