Observed means visible in the reviewed unsigned session. Terms published records operator-controlled wording. Neither status proves a successful payment; a regulator match additionally requires the same company, licence and Lucky Star domain to appear in the authority record.
The current rules omit the company behind the contract
The live rule centre defines the parties as the user and “Lucky Star”, also called “The Company”. It does not state a corporate name, registration number, registered address or licence number. Its contact address uses another Lucky Star hostname, while the partner link points to a separate affiliate domain. Those operational connections are not substitutes for a contracting entity.
Earlier Lucky Star material cited 1Win N.V., company 147039, and licence OGL/2024/587/0621. The live Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for that number is Active and was granted on 26 March 2025, but it certifies 1win.pro. Because no Lucky Star property is listed, this review does not carry the record forward as a Lucky Star licence verification.
This distinction matters when a brand is delivered through changing access hostnames. A valid licence held elsewhere by a related or similarly described business does not automatically cover every landing page, payment recipient or application.

The current catalogue places an Aviator route in several independently labelled groups, including Best games, Crash games, Quick games and Trending Games. Opening that route loaded a fun-mode iframe whose “Powered by” control points to spribe.co. That connects the game title, service route and provider inside the actual client.
The check did not create an account, deposit funds or place a bet. The visible demo showed EUR and fun mode; that does not establish an INR real-money configuration, current RTP wording, funded round history or withdrawal behaviour.
GATE 05 · ACCOUNT AND KYC
Verification may stop all account activity
Lucky Star sets an 18+ minimum, requires lawful eligibility in the user's location and allows one playing account. Its rules prohibit VPN or anonymiser use to evade jurisdictional or site restrictions and require a deposit to be made from a source owned by the account holder.
Possible checks include notarised or otherwise certified identification, proof of address, utilities, banking data, statements, references and source-of-funds documentation. Until the requested material is accepted, the operator says it may prevent activity on the account.
