TL;DR: the crash point is the round endpoint

An active stake must settle before the recorded endpoint. Previous endpoints do not predict the next one.

Endpoint and animation

The aircraft and rising multiplier are visual representations. Settlement depends on recorded game events and accepted instructions, not one device frame.

Manual and automatic cash out

A tap submits a request. A preset target can settle only when reached before the endpoint under the applicable rules.

History and verification

Completed crash points support reconciliation and retrospective checks. Provably fair verification does not expose the next endpoint.

Dispute evidence

Save the round ID, stake, cash-out instruction, accepted settlement, timestamp and account transaction.

Display time and acceptance time are different

The animation on a phone is a presentation layer. A tap, network request and server response do not occur at one instant. This is why a local screen recording can help describe a problem but cannot by itself prove that a cash-out instruction was accepted before the recorded endpoint.

Read the interrupted-round rule

A temporary disconnect, frozen display or app closure does not automatically determine settlement. The operator's current rules should explain accepted instructions, interrupted rounds, cancellations and account records. Read those provisions before relying on assumptions drawn from the animation.

Use completed data for reconciliation

Round history is useful for checking an account ledger, calculating a past sample and locating an event for support. It is not a timetable for the next endpoint. A run of low or high values does not create an obligation for the following round to compensate.

Prepare a clear dispute

Keep the round ID, timestamp with time zone, stake, target, balance entries, connection status and support correspondence. State the specific discrepancy and requested resolution. Do not edit screenshots or disclose passwords, one-time codes or complete payment credentials.

Do not confuse frequency with certainty

Some endpoints may appear often in a sample, but observed frequency is not a promise about the next event. Choosing a different target changes how often a cash-out instruction may be reached and the amount returned; it does not remove uncertainty or the house advantage.

Separate game and operator responsibilities

The provider supplies game software, while the casino operator controls the account, balance, transaction history and support route. A settlement question should go to the verified operator with the exact round evidence, not to an unofficial predictor group.
